This notice describes how the current Hotel Lobby AI preview handles your photos and generation sessions.

Before you generate

Selecting a photo creates a local browser preview. The app does not send that photo to its video provider until you choose to generate. Before upload, the browser resizes and re-encodes the image as JPEG. Do not upload sensitive or confidential photos.

When you generate

Your two optimized photos and video settings are sent through our server to KIE, the video processing provider, to generate your clip with Seedance 2.0 Mini. An automatically generated filename is used. The API key stays on the server. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s own policies.

Session data and downloads

A signed session token is saved in browser session storage so you can retrieve a pending result after a refresh. It expires after 24 hours. Uploaded files and video results are temporarily hosted by the processing provider. Its documentation contains different retention periods, so we do not promise a specific deletion time. Download results promptly.

Site operation

Our hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details and server logs, to operate the website. This preview does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. We do not promise deletion of data already sent to a processing provider when you remove a local photo.

Your choices

Use photos you have permission to process. You can remove a selected photo before submission or clear the current session from your browser. Removing a preview does not cancel a submitted AI job. Public access and support details will be updated before general availability.
